Nice apartment in a new building.
Positive: The apartment is big enough and comfortable. The location is nice, there are many services in the complex of buildings below. The landscape is amazing with the view of the Burj Khalifa.
Negative: The entry can be difficult at the beginning and it is not so intuitive to reach the tower. The main access is through the parking which is a little weird. But, this is the way of Dubai so you can get used to it.
